5.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting questions, comments, or other content through the platform's interactive features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of our services. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

6. Webinars and Live Sessions

Webinar schedules, speakers, and topics are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific session will be available at any given time. Participation in interactive features such as Q&A, polls, and chat is subject to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Payments and Refunds

Certain sessions or content tiers may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a specific offer.

7.2 Billing
